Roman Shades with Old Windows

Above, you can see the before and after pictures of the window with roman shade I completed.

The far more interesting pictures are to the left and below. This was a really challenging job because the window was on the corner of the old building. He wanted Roman shades the guests couls sleep late if they wanted. They were also a clean simple design for this comtemporary room.

This linen gives a clean drapey look when the shade is pulled up.

We mounted the framing system I built into the window frame for a very clean look. Nothing fussy. Totally custom!
