Lauryn's Big Girl Room

Lauryn had just moved out of her crib and into a new bed with new bedding. She needed room darkening panels to take good naps during the daytime!
Her Mom gave me a great design. We chose a pale pink twill material but, in order for it to stand out bordered the edges in a more expensive chocolate polka dot and piping along the top. Upholstered bottons cap off the pinched pleats and finish off a very girly design!

This picture shows the header of the panels more closely. You can see how the upholstered butoons really pop off the pink twill and mimic the polka dots in the border material!

The room had one tall narrow window and one wider one. This window only took one width of material after we bordered the edges.
